2. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

  • Other Cases: For all other circumstances, including but not limited to personal taste preference, order mistakes made by the customer, or issues not related to the food quality (such as delivery time), refunds will not be provided.

3. Refund Process:

  • Required Evidence: Please provide photographic evidence of the spoiled or rotten food, along with a description of the issue.
  • Investigation: Upon receiving your complaint, we will conduct an investigation. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.
  • Refund Decision: After reviewing the case, if we determine that the food was indeed rotten or spoiled, we will issue a full refund for your order.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days (3 days).

4. Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate order details and address information. Spice N Bites is not liable for errors in order placement by the customer.

5. Changes to Refund Policy:
